How do I return an item?

SuperFast Vets Return Policy
  1. ANY customer service issue, please start by contacting store@superfastvets.com.
  2. SuperFast Vets cannot process returns or exchanges for some products sold through the SuperFast Vets store. However, SuperFast Vets will communicate directly with the manufacturer to help facilitate the process of an exchange, refund, or warranty issue after receiving details from you regarding the problem.
  3. USMES Custom Team Gear:
    • SuperFast Vets has a 30-day refund or exchange policy for items in new condition and for items received in a defective state. Original tags must be intact.
    • The member must cover shipping costs for items ordered in the incorrect size.
    • During any advertised "pre-order" period for USEMS custom team apparel, SuperFast Vets must meet minimums for all articles from the manufacturer. In the event that the total quantity ordered for any article during the Pre-order period does not meet minimums, SuperFast Vets will issue a full refund, store credit, or exchange for another item.
